When you use the contact form or book a tour, we collect your name, how to reach you, your child's age and the room you have in mind. We don't ask for your child's name, birth date, photo or health details on this site.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to offer a tour and to tell you when a place opens. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

Photos of children

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child. The answer is on the family policies page, and you can change it at any time.

Your choices

Write or call the front desk and we'll correct or remove what you've sent us.
