How tuition works
Xiaoling gives you the figures in writing at the tour, for the room and schedule you need.
Tuition depends on your child's room, the schedule you choose and how many days a week your child comes.

Registration
Registration opens your child's enrollment file. It is due once, with the application.
Holding a place
Once we have your application, we hold your child's place when you pay to hold it, and that goes toward your first month's tuition. If the room is full, we put your family on the waitlist and call the family at the top of it when a place opens.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, at the start of the month, and paid online or by check at the front desk. If a payment is late, Xiaoling talks with you before anything changes.
Siblings
A second child in the family is handled differently. Ask at the tour, and the terms go in writing.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' notice before your child leaves, in writing or in person. The weeks that remain are billed as usual.
